As we prefer to rent to families, please provide full information on all guests who will be at this property, including their age, relationship to others and if there are any pets. Providing some background information on your party, such as where you are from and why you want to come to this location will help us in our screening of our guests. The Property Manager has their own Guest Agreement that the guest must agree to and sign prior to full acceptance of the reservation. Guest Agreement contains terms such as max occupancy rates, pets, and noise bylaws as well as the terms of the security deposit and the fact that it can be 100% forfeited should any terms of the agreement be breached. The Security Deposit is 40% of the weekly rate and will be taken as a pre-authorized hold on your credit card on the day prior to your arrival. Guest must agree to and sign Pet Waiver prior to pet's arrival on property (if applicable). Guest Agreement DOES allow Guest Cancellation: -- Rentals under $20,000/week - Guest may cancel the agreement up to 150 days prior to the start of the rental period and the rental cost will be returned, less a fee of $2,000/week of reservation. Rentals over $20,000/week Guest may cancel the agreement up to 150 days prior to the start of the rental period and the rental cost will be returned, less a fee of $4,000/week of reservation. Cancellations between 60-150 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be returned and cancellations within 60 days of arrival there will be no refunds.This cottage includes 8 hours of midweek housekeeping
