Property Description

Enjoy this spot, ready and waiting for you after a day of sight-seeing, a trip to the coast or Mt. Hood, a few holes of golf ... rest up for an evening of enjoying Portland's ever-growing food and entertainment scene.

We think you'll find it the perfect place to perch. Whether on the cozy window seat; a place to watch the world go by, to catch up on your favorite book or write the next great novel.

Enjoy a Portland IPA, always cold in the fridge, binge your favorites with our CenturyLink Prism cable channels or download and stream with GoogleChromecast and your smart device.

This suite offers kitchen amenities, similar to a hotel room ... coffee-maker, toaster, electric hot water kettle, microwave and mini-fridge only.

A large bath with natural light from our south-facing skylight, grab a soak in the tub or a hot shower provided by our on-demand hot water heater.

There's room on the back deck for you to meet us or enjoy a little time alone ... a coffee on the front porch gives you a peek into the neighborhoods of Portland.

Parlor is located on the second floor, above another of our suites and shares an entrance and foyer.

We ask that all of our guests act as good neighbors, are quiet and considerate and observe quiet times from 10PM-8AM.

Get over here ... have a little fun ... relax and enjoy!

Great place!

Really great place to stay for a couple looking at a more homely feel rather than a chain hotel. Niko and Pamela provided everything we needed with ease. Highly recommend.

A fantastically cozy stay

The Parlor was the perfect home for me to return to at the end of each day. It was in a convenient location and provided everything I needed. I think my only small complaint would be that the heating system could have been a bit better, but then I'm a little bit of a wimp with the cold and I was fine in the end. If you stay here, be sure to check o... Read More

The perfect getaway

Our stay at the Parlor was perfect. The space was clean, ready for us when we arrived, Niko and Pamela were always available if we needed some tips on where to eat, where to go, etc. The space is adorable, and comfortable, it represents Portland very well. It was a great neighborhood, we felt very safe at all times of the day. We walked to a few of... Read More

Cozy and convienent

The place was comfortable and cozy. Great location. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. I would have given it 5 stars if there was a bit more of a kitchen but it worked.

Charming and homey

All was done to make one feel welcome. So much nicer than being in a cookie-cutter hotel with its many -- if not more -- amenities. Plus a chance to meet some wonderful locals. I so enjoyed the window seat! Transportation was easy without a car -- access to Portland downtown and other neighborhoods accessible via MAX light rail and local buses. Aft... Read More
