If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful waterfront beach retreat, and amazing view of the most stunning sunrises you've ever seen, look no further! Built in 2004, this beautiful 1,535 sq. ft. condo has been seldom used, and is in pristine condition. It was formerly owned by a Tampa Bay Buccaneer, and is just steps away from the Gulf. Perfect for retired couples and snowbirds.
Tastefully decorated, it features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and pantry, and a comfortable living area with panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Water views from both bedrooms and kitchen, as well. There is a private fishing pier onsite, a heated pool, and an elevator. Convenient front door keypad eliminates the need to carry keys.
Spacious Master bedroom features an ultra plush Euro pillowtop mattress and walk-in closet. Master bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower, double-sink granite vanity, and stocked linen/towel closet. Guest room features a new queen sized bed and a single twin bed. There is also a new, full-sized sleeper loveseat in the living area, so this condo sleeps 6 comfortably.
The main bathroom features a tub and shower combo, granite vanity, and stocked linen/towel closet. The dining room table seats 6, and the kitchen bar seats 4. There is a brand new water softener, new full-sized HE washer and dryer, a new AC/Heat pump, two skylights, WiFi, and flat screen televisions in every room.
The large balcony has seating for 6, and we've provided binoculars and a bird reference book so you can identify and enjoy the amazing variety of wildlife to be seen there. Dolphins, manatee, osprey, spoonbills, ibis, wood storks, egrets, herons of all sorts, pelicans and ducks are commonly seen. It is truly a bird-watcher's paradise!
The short walk to the beach is easy. At the end of the driveway, look left, and you can see the 198th Avenue Beach Access (see the map on this page, for reference). There is a crosswalk with a manual traffic signal for safety, as well. If you haven't experienced an Indian Shores sunset from the beach, you are missing something special!
A beach trolley runs daily up and down Gulf Boulevard from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete. We are conveniently located, close to great restaurants, great shopping (Johns Pass is a must), and recreational equipment rentals. There is a convenience store right next door, in easy walking distance. Disney World is only 1 1/2 hours away, and we are close to Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Rays sporting events!+ More
