There are 4 bedrooms total (including 1 guestroom at the otherside of the property) & two full piece bathrooms. Master with double bed and four piece washroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with one single bed, guest room at other side of cottage for privacy with double bed, and another full piece central washroom. Rooms are of generous size.
100' of west facing frontage on Pigeon Lake with sand/gravel bottom with some stones. Dock (60) with ladder approx 4' deep at end. This is an ideal swimming location; however one might want to wear water shoes. Pigeon Lake is connected to Buckhorn Lake, Chemong Lake, Big Bald and Little Bald Lake without passing through the lock system. There are other public beaches in the area, including the land-locked Sandy Lake, also known as "Lake of Spirits", due to the Caribbean colour of the water. The property has a rowboat for use. However, there is another marina steps from this location for launching and fuel. It is a fishermans paradise with ample opportunity to catch large and small bass, walleye, muskie, yellow perch, bullhead, sucker, carp and Northern pike.+ More
