The studio is situated in "Holland House". HH is a 1 story house converted into several studios. The house started it's life as a mobile home. In it's current state, there isn't much left of the mobile home. It is located on a beautiful lake, close to parks, the beaches and downtown Naples.

Here you have your own place away from home. The house is divided into several studio apartments. Each with it's own entrance, kitchen unit and bathroom. Kind of like a small motel.
In the backyard is a lovely lake full of fish and wildlife. You will see jumping mullets all over. The ducks do their rounds and turtles will stick out their heads above water. Now and then an alligator might swim by.
In the summer the mango trees drop their delicious fruit and a little later the avocado tree will do the same. There is a fire pit with plenty of wood to burn and a BQ. For guest who like to fish we have fishing rods available. Just ask John to help you.
You can share the yard and the floating decks (at your own risk) with the other guests. There is plenty of seating space in the yard without having to go on the decks.
