Violations of any of these house rules, will cause immediate termination of rental. Additional damages may be assessed upon discovery.
Access to the House: Unless you make it clear beforehand, that you would like my presence during check in, I will not be at the house.
The main door to the house has key-less entry (keypad). On the day of your arrival, I will text the code to the keypad. Enter the code, turn the lock, and then use the handle for entry.
MAJOR NOTE:: Keys to the house will not be provided to anyone else (i.e. other friends/co-workers/family members/other associates) that live in the area, prior to your arrival, so please don't ask.
A walk thru of the property will not be granted, as it is a major inconvenience to the guests currently staying at my house and puts my security at risk by giving out my address to random people who most likely will not be staying at my house to begin with (i.e, friends in the area who already have their own homes). My house is usually booked 45 weeks out of the year, using various outlets. If you have any questions on the description of the house or amenities that I provide, just ask. I take pride in my house and make absolute certain that my cleaning crews hand off the house in perfect condition for every guest, for all reservations. Please take the time to check out the reviews previous guests have written.
A cleaning crew will not be present during your stay. I hire a cleaning crew prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure. Your prepayment covers a very small portion of the total house cleaning. Please try to maintain the house as it was provided to you. Cleaning supplies are provided, if needed.
All occupants (total number of people: how many infants, children, adults) must be disclosed before booking. Any requests for more than 4 guests, will be respectfully declined. No additional guests are allowed during your stay at my house. Please respect the reservation for the number of guests you made.
MAX STAY IS 45 DAYS Any requests for stays longer than 45 days, will be declined.
Reservation confirmed ONLY after payment clears.
Any and all fees (example - cleaning fee, property protection, service fees) are not reimbursable.
Snow removal provided as needed. I hired a contractor to plow both driveways, shovel both walkways, shovel all steps/landings and plow out the mailbox. First swing by is no later than 6am and every 4 hours thereafter. No plowing will be provided after 10pm.
Grass cut as needed. For long term guests, I will contact you to find out what time works best to cut the grass around your schedule, so you are not disturbed.
To make sure there are no surprises for any guest: Irrigation system is set to multiple timers - the water goes on from 5am - 9am every day from May thru October. The start time for these times will not be adjusted. If the start time is an issue, please contact another host, as I can't guarantee that the water running in the front and side of my house won't make some minor noise. The pipes were insulated when they were installed, but the water turning on and off does make a subtle bang each time. Water pressure in the house is not an issue while the lawn is being watered.
Address is provided after payment has been received. Since I receive a ton of requests for my exact address, prior to booking, I do not give that out for my own safety. Please Note: The general vicinity of my house is within walking distance of Main Street and Chandler Street.
Location: Route 128/95 - If you are looking for a home to rent that is close to Route 128/95, this house is not for you. Due to traffic and distance, it can take a very long time to get to that highway from my home.
Other Highways: Route 93, Route 495 and Route 3 are all less than a 15 minute drive from my home.
