Regina Beach, long considered to be one of the province’s best beaches, is a resort village located in south-central Saskatchewan, with cottage rentals scattered along the shores of Last Mountain Lake.
Regina Beach has been a holiday destination since the early 1900s, and as such, is imbued with timeless charm. The beach beckons sunbathers and water sport enthusiasts, including anglers, wake boarders, kite surfers, paddlers, sailors, and swimmers. And, while the beach is the main attraction, the trails of Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park, which run alongside the lake’s eastern shores, will please hikers, bikers, and walkers. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Last Mountain Lake Bird Sanctuary—the first bird sanctuary in North America, and right near the beach visitors can find restaurants, shops, and a yacht club. Hint: check out Blue Bird Café for its famed fish ‘n chips.
