Situated at the corner of Rutledge and Spring, this unit is in an excellent location putting guests within walking distance to many restaurants and a convenience mart for last minute runs. Unit C is the largest of the three units and has been completely remodeled with great style and good taste. It features a master bedroom and private huge master bathroom with a steam shower, high ceilings, original hardwood floors, a large, double porch with plenty of seating, two gas grills, and a very spacious kitchen/sitting area. The common area is brightly lit by large windows and the two doors leading to the front porch where you and your guests will no doubt spend a lot of quality time enjoying the fabulous weather in Charleston. There is seating for ten guests total between the furniture and a four-person dining table. What a great fun place this is. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a very large island with beautiful marble counter tops. Walk upstairs and you will find two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a full bathroom. Enjoyable home a short distance from downtown


Our family (3 kids) enjoyed our short, 3-night stay in this neat home. Location was a 15-minute walk to the edge of downtown where there are some great food options.
