The entire warm and wonderful row home with two private baths to make your home, away from home during your stay in Baltimore. All of your needs have been accounted for, and we're seconds from the Station North Arts & Entertainment District!
An authentic and emerging Baltimore neighborhood near the arts district, there are likely to be kids and people sitting outside and hanging out during the nice weather. It's much more down to earth than some of the more affluent neighborhoods in the city, and we love it for this reason.
This home is a custom renovation with a real queen bed in the master bedroom and a real full bed in the rear bedroom. Both are topped with with high quality futon mattresses, we prefer those because they do not emit harmful chemicals. They also have organic cotton toppers! All of the expected furnishings in the common areas to include a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably sleeps two!
The home boasts much of it's original charm, including the hardwood floors and reclaimed kitchen cabinets. It's perfect for the city dweller who enjoys spacious and private sleeping arrangements, with a perfect common area for dinners or a glass of wine. There's lots of bare wood and light colors so it's got a really refreshing but cozy feel.
Great natural light and there are many windows and skylights throughout. The kitchen is beautiful and you're welcome to use the refrigerator, dishes, and gas stove.
Spacious and light filled, It's approximately 15x15ft. with hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and tall windows. Queen bed with end table, desk, and large closet. The private bathroom is directly connected to this bedroom. There is a huge skylight in the bathroom, and a full tub with shower. The sink is very large and perfect for sharing in the mornings. The bathroom also features hardwood floors (very warm in the winter!).
A large room approximately 10x20ft. with plenty of natural light and a Marmoleum floor, which is hypoallergenic. Full platform bed with feather light futon with a beautiful ceiling fan, desk and closet organizer/rack. The private bathroom is directly next to the bedroom, with a spacious tile shower and lots of natural light. The sink is very large and perfect for sharing, much like the master bath. The bathroom also features hardwood floors (very warm in the winter!).
Spacious sofabed to make a comfortable third room for additional guests.
The house gets great natural light and there are many windows and skylights throughout. I promise you'll love the room, but it's so close to everything that I doubt that you'll spend much time here if you are in town to sight see.

The Neighborhood - Overview:
An emerging older neighborhood near a newly appointed arts district. Many residents in this area have been here for decades, and the community chairperson lives on our block. It's an authentic part of town, there are youngsters playing outside in the evenings and summertime, and it gets pretty quiet late at night. You'll enjoy it's proximity to night life, dining and arts in the Station North Arts District and Charles Village. Penn Station (train to DC) is also 10 minutes away by foot.
Are you bringing your bike with you? A bike is a great way to get around here as there are a couple of bike lanes nearby, and you can take tree-lined streets to your destination.
Safety-wise, we recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car, and that you keep your eyes open, as with anywhere else. While we feel that it's a relatively safe place to be, it's good to be aware.
City bus lines, Baltimore Circulator buses, and Hopkins shuttles are easily accessed from the home. It is a straight shot down Maryland Avenue or St. Paul St. to Mt. Vernon and downtown neighborhoods. Going west and north, Hampden, Guilford and Roland Park neighborhoods are there for you to explore. Good food, shopping and entertainment are all nearby. Quite a bit of interest is within walking distance. We encourage you to get out and get around!+ More
