Quite place in paradise
I went back to the Big Island for a very last-minute work vacation and needed to find a place to stay that is conveniently located close to the lava flow. Then I found this beautiful place and never regretted it. The only negative thing was my stay was way too short. This is a beautiful place in a quiet area. The house had everything I needed with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a nice living area. There is no air condition but I never needed it anyway as there is always a nice trade wind blowing, cooling the place enough. I enjoyed sitting outside and sip a cup of tea. The place is close to the town of Pahoa as well as other places all around the lower Puna area. Beth was a wonderful host and responded right away to all my questions I had prior to my stay. If I ever need a place to stay and this one is available, I would not hesitate and book the place again.
Very quiet area. Close to many attractions.
