We stayed at the property in the beginning of July, 2016. The house is relatively small but very cozy and was just enough for our family of 5. We managed sharing a single bathroom just fine. We enjoyed the dock area and access to water. The boys (7 and 9) were playing in the water every day and went fishing with their dad in the dingy or just from the dock. The "beach" access is convenient but it is rocky and you need to wear water shoes to really enjoy it. The house was well-equipped with all you might need. The kitchen had all gadgets and everything else you could use for cooking and serving. Janice was very kind providing recommendations to a great breakfast place (Kitchen Cravings) and asked if we needed anything else and was accessible for questions by phone. I would bring your favorite card/board games with you if you like playing games as a family. There's a TV and DVD but we didn't bring our DVDs with us, so we couldn't watch it. My husband really liked that but I feel that it could be nice to watch a movie in the evening. The area is very nice. We went hiking, fishing, jet-skiing, and took the kids to play mini-golf and have some ice cream. Hannaford supermarket or Walmart are 17 minutes away if you need to get something. We went to the movie theater a couple of times too. Overall, it was a great, relaxing vacation. I would stay there again.
