Frustrated at first but not to ruin our vacation
Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived at the hotel everyone was very helpful in getting us to our room which was very nice the hotel its self is a very nice hotel we loved the location but when we entered our thats when it was frustrating the floors were dirty the dishes were dirty still had food on plates from last guest so i spent the first day of my vacation cleaning my condo this condo is not bad it just needs some help when i decided to wash the bedding and i took the pillow cases off and the pilows were yellow that is overly disgusting in my opinion they need to be replaced when i informed them the blender was broke and they came to replace it they instead tried to tell me it was not and i basically did not know how to use it which it was. i was only given one key to check in with instead of two and when my key stopped working at 1030 at night while i was doing laundry they were pissed at me because i had to call and have them bring me one out so i could get back to my room i was stuck in the basement without a key to get back up the elvevator not my fault only one key was given upon check in all of this and the only thing i was told in return is sorry they never called to see if everything was going ok with the many issues we have had only an email stating that they would come and clean again but i had already done that not very professional on there part my cleaning fee should have been reimbursed after spending my vacation time cleaning i would stay at this property again just not this condo unless they clean and upgrade a few things and also they do not notify you upon entering your condo which i find very rude if they are going to enter they should notify you of a time and discuss it with you and get your permission to enter over all i did not let this ruin my vacation i had an amazing time and i will be back next year Manager responded on 8/4/2015: I wanted to let you know that we've read your review and thank you for your input. We have done a spring cleaning to the condo per your review and we're very sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Guests are supposed to have two sets of keys when they stay in this property, so I'm not sure what happened there.
