Little house with Huge Charm
I wanted to tell everybody ofcourse how much I loved staying at your 'little house on the prairie' which is what my friend and I have named your place! We loved it - after a 3.5 hour drive and plenty of pit-stops to browse in all the shops on the highway - we finally made it after 11 pm -and for arrival and we were very warmly and lovingly enveloped by your little home...We ADORE IT! I didn't fall asleep until 5 am cause I read and sat by the fire and perused all the books and notes on West Windsor and puttered around. I am interior stylist and so I just couldn't' help but notice all of your lovely things - the hand made pottery and pretty cups and saucers and loved them out on display! We have a splendid time and we thought it was serendipitous that we ended up on this listing cause I am a huge fan of 40's music and maria had been wanting to listen to Mel Torme for some time - we have grown up with lp's and i hadn't played one in over 30 years - I had forgotten how you can pile them up one after the other and how they 'drop' and we even forgot there was a flip side. We discovered some new favorites - but listened to classic Sinatra, Mel, Bette Middler (never heard her comedy records before)...No TV ! And no Laptop - yippeeee! Heavenly! We just had such a great time we truly didn't want to leave...in fact I forgot my coat with credit card in the pocket and roughly 20 minutes away we had to make our way back to get it! Dying to come back very soon - and enjoy a little more time away from today's hustle and bustle. Many thanks!
