My brother, sister and I had a reunion in Tucson to see our old habitat and walk the University of Arizona where we all graduated from. My brother and I rented this condo and it was very well furnished and just a few feet down the sidewalk to the pool and tennis court. There is also a weight/exercise room but we did not use that facility. The other residents at the pool were very friendly and we had a nice time talking with them. The condo and facilities were very well cared for and it was close to some nice hiking trails into the desert. The only drawback (and may be an advantage for some) is that it is not near any restaurants, shops, etc. so you definitely could not be here without a vehicle. It is in a fairly large complex of condo's so there is not the seclusion you might expect from being so far out of town. The patio was near the parking lot but it does have shade screens that can be rolled down which allows for a little more privacy. The owner was overseas when we contacted them but everything still went smoothly and while we were somewhat familiar with Tucson (many years ago!!), she was still quite helpful with her information on shopping and things to do.
