Affordable Comfort in West Sedona
I came to Sedona for a soul adventure by myself. I was looking for cozy-chic and affordable. Amanda's space was absolutely perfect. She was quick to respond when I initially booked the unit and was available to answer any questions prior to my arrival. The unit is the floor under her house. She met me when I arrived and led me to through a tour of the unit. Her and her sweet boy give off a friendly and warm family vibe. She uses the space very efficiently to allow for an extra twin bed and an open dining area. Everything was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The reason the unit is so affordable is because some parts of the unit are yet to be renovated. The master bed has a nice foam topper to real help you get snuggled in at night. My main recommendation for a priority renovation is to upgrade the bed from two twins harnessed together to a full king. (This is the main reason I kept it to a 4-star review) All the appliances I used worked well and were clean for use. The bathroom was clean; great bathtub and strong water pressure in the shower. That is not to say that luxury was lacking. The sofa and chairs in the lounge area are incredibly inviting and she pays attention to the details to make her visitors feel at home. The unit also comes with a really nice private deck and grill. I did sit outside, but did not have a chance to use the grill. The best part about this unit is the location. You can walk up the hill to a park with fun for the whole family or walk down the hill to the main road. Whole Foods is a couple of blocks away as is one of the best restaurants in town, ChocolaTree. Regardless of your food choices, the view of Sedona surrounds you and it is amazing. I will most definitely be staying here again.
