Charming, comfortable, feels like home
It feels as if Rebecca has put your name on the welcome mat of her charming, well appointed, extremely comfortable bungalow. We planted ourselves on the sofas, at the dining table, and in the delightful backyard hideaway, and felt totally at home. I found the small kitchen filled with everything I needed to make family dinners, great cookware and sweet eclectic dishes and flatware. We walked everywhere from this great neighborhood location, a few short blocks to the Kensington restaurants and movie theater, and in other directions to North Park's farmers' market, and groceries and great coffee in Normal Heights. If you have a car (or bikes) the whole range of San Diego delights are close at hand. Rebecca's home is clean and perfectly maintained, but if you have any questions at all, she is quick to offer you the help you need. Honestly, we would have enjoyed more time here, and without hesitation I can recommend it for couples, families that fill two bedrooms, or friends traveling together. When it was time to say goodbye, I felt like I was closing the door to the home of a friend who had made a wonderful vacation possible.
