We really enjoyed our stay here. They house has an interesting floor plan that was very useful for us. We stayed over Christmass and Hanukah and were able to set up our mini tree in the meditation room and Our menorahs in the kitchen. It was very festive. The 3 bedrooms provided ample space for our family of 4, especially when someone needed down time. The main bedroom was interesting with the a large alcove between the room and the bathroom. We were able to use this as Santa's workshop. My kids loved exploring the little creek behind the house. Only downside that held me back from giving it a 5 star was the inconsistent water pressue, wait for hot water and the kitchen supplies. Kitchen was pretty and had very basic supplies. Wish it been a little better stocked with additional mixing bowls ( there was 1) and a larger skillet, small stuff like a peeler, a broom and extra dish towels. We still managed to cook a feast for both Christmas and Hanukah - just had to get creative. The location was fantastic. We felt like we were in the country, but really less than 10 minutes to an Ingles, Starbucks and other conveniences. Really close to downtown too! I should also mention the wifi was great! We didnt have cell service but were able to connect with wifi. we never figured out the Roku on the tv but had brough our Amazon Fire stick so had movies for the kids at night. They had a stockpile of movies provided too! All in all a very peaceful place to stay for the long weekend.
