Cozy and break from reality
Loved our stay in this cozy 100 year old cabin. It was cozy and close quarters for twelve but the weekend was planned as a break from reality for the family. The description of a four bedroom to me was a little off since there is no separation from the master and the twin downstairs and the two rooms upstairs is a loft separated in half. Which means you walk thru the room with the two queens to get to the room with three twins. Loved the rustic feel of the interior and the fireplace. Nancy is super nice and came and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything and was warm enough. No satellite or cable, no wifi, and cell service weak means quality time playing games and cards. Glad we brought our own entertainment. Cookware was lacking but I was able to cook breakfast for the family. Will return for sure but probably as a get away for just myself and husband next time as again close quarters for 12: 6 bring adults 3 being teenagers and 3 under age 8.
