Great property for the $$$
While we didn't meet Bolivar face-to-face, she was always just a quick message away and answered everything very quickly. Really appreciated that! Had no major issues with the priperty. There were 5 of us - so 2 bedrooms (2 queens) and a fold out in the living room was enough. This is prob the cleanest place I have ever stayed (floors, surfaces, towels, sheets, etc). That being said, it is an older house, and perhaps not the best remodeling/decorating job. But I'm very picky about where I stay, and appreciate cleanliness of esthetics, so it was definitely fine for me. We did not cook much, but could have used another pan or two if we had (easily purchased cookie sheet). There is a wonderful Italian restaurant (Marco's) just around the corner. There IS a nice large TV with satellite TV in the living room (no TV's in the bedrooms). And the WiFi worked great! A dresser or table in the 2nd bedroom and a softer lamp & another chair or two in the living room would be great, but we made it work using our suitcases as 'drawers'. We could hear the neighbors upstairs (kids running), but not much anyone can do about that. Also, the backyard was kind of "junky" - but we never used it anyway. Awesome benefit was the reserved parking spot in the driveway. There is also easy public access to NYC -- Journal Square Path Station is less than a one mile walk, or Bus Stop is a couple blocks away. All-in-all this was worth the money we paid.
