HARD TO BELIEVE
He just cancelled the reservation just because we asked him to get information about where we should leave the car once we arrive and he answered this back; "I'm sorry, but somebody that asks lots of questions is typically a little bit more discerning and would be better suited in a hotel that specializes in hospitality. I can only offer a clean bed, clean bathroom, Free bottle of wine and a friendly Chihuahua to visit your room. Good luck and have fun in SD..." All we asked in MONTHS were TWO questions!! One was about the parking place and the other one was regarding the wiffi pasword, and he totally lost his mind. He cancels everything only 5 days before arriving there without giving any explanation. Hard to believe. A very rude person who doesn't deserve to make money. He just cares about making money but doesn't give a damn about his customers questions, even if they are 2 common and simple questions. All his messages were not longer than 10 words.. unbelievable..
