A Holiday Vacay
This was an almost perfect place for us to spend the Christmas holidays with family and friends. Seven days was not long enough to truly enjoy this townhouse and the surrounding amenities, but we tried. Close to Pacific, LAX, and all the coastal communities, a typical LA drive to everywhere else [Downtown-LA Live / Hollywood / Beverly Hills / Santa Monica / The Valley]. We watch the sunset over the Pacific while BBQing on the balcony, and there was a variety of stores and restaurants within walking or biking [cruiser bikes were provided which were challenging on the inclines] distance. Seven-Eleven, Vons Market and Big Lots was a saving grace for food, wine, and a Charlie Brown Christmas tree that was on sale for cheap [had to have a tree for the kids]. Family and friends were 10-15 minutes away from us. They were impressed with our accommodations [they said we could not have found a hotel with a homey feel for the same price]. The furnishing of the townhouse was on point and to our taste of living. The small, yet cute Gourmet Kitchen was to die for, and the baths were equally cute and comfortable [I want the frig and stove]. Two car garage was more than large enough for our rented SUV. Because of the unexpected cold-front that passed thru LA, heating the townhouse became a small challenge [hot upstairs and cold downstairs], but we adjusted. We went to the pier for some Killer Shrimp before catching the redeye flight home. We would definitely stay here again and again. The Unit Owners were very accommodating. We Highly Recommend This Place.
