A must see!
We loved our time in Grand Junction and staying at this beautiful cabin with a direct view of the Colorado National Monument was amazing! My husband and I and our two kids had the best week. The cabin is original and charming on the outside and modern and cozy on the interior. The beds were really comfortable, (the pull out couch was a new high end brand with no bars, that was more comfortable than our new mattresses at home) We walked directly onto the hiking trail right across the road from the cabin to spectacular views in UTE Canyon, we ate at some great restaurants in downtown Grand Junction (such a great town; the kids loved "The Dream" for breakfast and the candy store 😊, We hiked and visited the dinosaur exhibit in Moab for the day, (make sure the owner tells you what route to take to Moab as an alternative to the highway; the view was breathtaking. We visited the lakes on the Grand Mesa,a few wineries in Palisade and the we happen to hit peach season in the valley. Best peaches ever. We barbecued on the deck most nights and watched the sunset (star gazed). The kitchen was easy to cook in and super clean; high quality everything! We are heading back next year without the kids to take in the wine festival!
