A Nice Place to Stay
A great choice for a stay away from the cold. This property is very well kept, quiet, and a completely relaxing home away from home. It is a 4-5 block walk to Hohokam Ball Stadium, a completely safe walk during day hours. The property is not gated but does participate in the neighborhood watch program. Our particular unit had a full set of stairs to climb when entering from the garage of main door, not a problem for us but nice to know about. The casita is clean and has all the necessities, linens, dishes and such, and is a very short distance from grocery and drug store. The refrigerator had an ice maker and water dispenser. Nice to cook some of our own meals here & bask in the sun or swim in the large, warm pool or soak in the Jacuzzi. Beach towels are provided. Kathleen provides the entrance code info ahead of time as well as photos of keys and remotes we would be using. There is also WiFi available. She texted a few days into our stay to see if things were ok....we didn't have additional needs or questions. The most challenging thing was locating our specific unit among many at 10:30 pm. Once we saw numbers on the buildings and individual numbers on the frame of each garage it was all good. Also, be aware of the recycling program the property participates in. There are many Canadian folks that own property here. We met a few from within the US. After spending 2 or 3 vacations in motels, this was a welcome change. The temps for our stay in March were high 70's to high 90's. Perfect. Thanks again, Kathleen. We enjoyed our stay.
