Cute and Cozy
The property was very beautiful and simply decorated. The bedding included a king, a queen, a twin and full bunk bed, a futon and an air mattress for 8 adults and two children. The house is three stories with three bedrooms and a full bath on the third floor and one bedroom, den, and 3/4 bathroom in the basement. On the main floor, the kitchen has a little breakfast nook and there is a dining room table with 8 chairs. There is also a sitting room with a sofa and several chairs. We rented this home for a graduation celebration and it worked out well. I would caution those who stay here to avoid bringing big vehicles. The streets are narrow and the parking is limited, making it difficult for us to manuever our F-350 diesel into the driveway. The owners were available to reach with any questions and they had post-it notes all over the house with how to handle different things (lights, used linens, etc) so that was nice. The kitchen was fully-stocked for ease of making full meals (bring your own food and drinks of course). The master bedroom fan would squeak if it was on high or medium and the light was somewhat difficult to switch on and off. Overall, I give this rental a 4. The only things that kept me from giving it a 5 were the limited parking and the squeaky, difficult fan (I'm really just being detailed to provide a thorough review). I'd definitely stay here again. Also, the home is located just about 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore and is in a good neighborhood. Also, there are some great places to eat and shop that are close by i.e. The Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, @ The Towson Mall.
