The house is adorable - full of light and very comfortable. A dozen of us coming to town for a reunion rented this house, and it worked well for what we needed. Obviously some of us shared beds, but with the bedrooms, the futon, and a couple of air mattresses, everyone was comfortable. There were plenty of linens and towels, and with the two full baths, everyone was able to shower and get ready without a problem. Although we didn't cook meals the kitchen was nicely stocked and had everything we needed. There was enough room that we could all be on the screened porch catching up, or in smaller groups around the kitchen table or in the living room. The neighborhood was cute and quiet, but close enough to grocery stores, conveniences, and main roads. Although we weren't in town to go sightseeing, I can see this as a relaxing alternative to a hotel for tourists, or families coming to the area for graduations or weddings. Gretchen was easy to work with and was very responsive as we worked out details (arrival and departure times and linens needed). She is really nice and the house is charming - everyone on our trip loved it and said it was perfect!
