We rented this townhouse for a month and enjoyed the stay immensely. The accommodations were above average and the amenities exceptional. Located on Lake George we had a heated pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the lake. The owner provided a welcoming bottle of wine and a three hour boat tour of the lake. The views from the balcony were delicious with lake and forest views. The walk down to the boat landing was beautiful, besides being aerobic we enjoyed the change of seasons first hand. Bolton Landing was a mile away. The Sagamore Hotel a world heritage site is a 100+ year old hotel with several classy and upscale restaurants, we ate there a half dozen times. Cate's and Villa Napoli served our Italian food cravings and Pumpernickle's Oktoberfest event was wonderful. We invited several couples to join us and their accommodations were enjoyed by all. We had access to Netflix on the smart TV in the living room and we enjoyed the fireplace even in September! Nothing is perfect, we didn't have cellphone coverage as T Moble our provider just wasn't there. Verizon for our guests worked fine. The heated pool closed mid Sep. and the Fitness Center in Bolton Landing was inadequate and expensive for what they offered. We have rented summer places several times and would judge our stay here right up with the best.
