Staff needs more training on customer service
Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an issue where I purchased this stay for a client of mine - I am with a company in Tennessee and the client receiving the free vacation is from Maine, and the woman that initially I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and hung up on me when I became upset that she was telling me that after I spent $600, that the person on the VISA card (the owner of the company I work for) HAD to be the one checking in, and that a "guest" could not check in. When I called back and asked for her supervisor, she answered with "I'm it". How rude, you are in a customer service position and that is how you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS?! You should be fired. I wish I knew your name I would post it here as well. Once I DID finally speak with her supervisor (turns out she WASN'T "it"), I was assisted properly, and guess what! A guest IS allowed to check in! The girl that assisted me should be fired because if that is how she treats all customers, then I am surprised that your rental office is still in business. I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase through Myrtle Beach Resort ever again and intend to tell anyone I know who is traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC to stay away from your company because of your sorry staff, other then the actual management - but how good can the management really be if they allow their employees to conduct business and represent their company in that manner. EXTREMELY disappointed, but happy knowing I will never do business with your company again.
