This is a very nice place to stay on the hill. It's a bit of slog to get up on the trail, but nonetheless, you can walk on/off the hill. If walking/hiking isn't your thing, you can drive a minute or so to the parking lot (very easy to park - even during Alberta Family Day Weekend). The unit itself is very well maintained and stocked - a great selection of reading material & movies (Bloodsport happened to be one of our favorites :). Yes, it's bit of bummer there's no hot tub. Especially when you're in apres ski mode, hanging on the huge deck, taking in the views of the surrounding peaks. Hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Aside from that, it's a wonderful place. Communication with the owner, Brendan was very good, especially during the booking stages. However, after our stay, it's been a little touch and go.
