Nice, budget-conscious rental
Goods: *End unit/ground floor. (No access to the pool/beach from patio but the walk is short and you don't have to go thru the lobby to get to the pools/beach) *Kitchen/appliances (no wash cloths/towels). *Large vanity (although no where to put your bathroom items (no storage). *Two AC units keep the place comfortable. *A door to separate the living room area from the rest of the condo. The Murphy bed is in the living room. Can utilize the area as a second bedroom for a little more privacy. *Comfortable couch/chairs. Solid table/chairs for eating/playing games. *Beach chair/umbrella rentals *Nightly music (DJ) Bads: *Could use updating/repairs (little things like marks on the walls, curtain falls off the rail in bedroom, sliding door hard to open/close, pillows need replacing.) *No blankets. Bring your own unless you like the feel of hotel bed spreads as your blanket. *You literally get one roll of toilet paper and then you are on your own. Ours wasn't even a full roll. There was a tiny piece of soap that broke the first time used to wash hands. No other toiletries were provided. *24 hour public beach access on other side of wall . Can get a little noisy on the weekend when you are trying to sleep. *Wi-fi reception is spotty in the condo. TIP: There is a tiny shop directly across the street that has basic supplies/beverages. It's hard to see that it's there but once you find it, it comes in handy...especially considering that you are not allowed to purchase anything at all at the resort when you rent this condo. And I mean NOTHING...no drinks, no gift shop purchases, no food, no laundry use, etc. unless you rent directly from the resort. I asked this renter exactly what "amenities" were off limits to people renting this condo. I never got a detailed answer and found out the hard way once I got there . Your money is no good on this property...not even cash. You must go elsewhere to get anything other than a vending machine with soda and chips that accepted cash. I guess it depends how you like to vacation as to if this is a big deal or not. For me, I kinda felt like a second class citizen. But if sitting at a beach side bar in your bathing suit, sipping a foo-foo drink, isn't a must on your list, it's all good. You can bring your own cocktails poolside and there are places down the way to eat/shop/drink. The pools are great, the lounge chairs are comfy and the views are beautiful.
