A treasure for sure
Was looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle. A place to unwind. The 1920 was perfect. The porches on both the front and rear of the house were little havens. While on the front porch swing you could close your eyes and hear the babbling brook nearby. The trees surrounding the house made a canopy overhead that made the doll house even more inviting. The entire house was surrounded by manicured gardens with brick paths, a trellis and upon looking out one of the kitchen windows I notice a beautiful old pump inside the fenced garden on that side of the yard. The interior of the doll house was just as inviting as the exterior. The owner really thought of everything to make you feel like you you stepped into a doll house. It is close enough to the lovely town of Plymouth and yet far enough away with it's perfect location. Bring a favorite book or check out the bookcase in the living room and settle into a comfy chair and listen to the ticking of the clock in the living room. I was very happy that we chose to stay a few nights, one night certainly would only be a tease. The guest book is filled with heartfelt expressions of travelers stays from all corners of the globe. Why not be one of them?
