Love the Dollhouse; love the owners
My daughter and I often rent homes when going on trips because we like to take our furbabies especially now that they are older and have health problems. We were greeted by the owners who were enthusiastic about meeting our fur kids and we were excited to meet theirs. This house is like no rental I've ever stayed in. It was more like and B & B with bagels, cream cheese, fruit, coffee, bottled water, etc. Omegia even left us some cream in a cooler bag on ice while we were out to dinner the first night. I grew up in Elkin so it was fun going to new restaurants and we did get to Elkin Creek Winnery for their Sunday pizza. You must reserve the dough in advance. I was in Elkin for my high school reunion so we had such fun, but half the fun was on the advice of Jeff and Omegia. They made is feel like we were part of the family and it was as much fun talking to them as anything else. The history of the Dollhouse is pretty cool too. We will be back that is for sure. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and wonderful. It's the best house we've ever rented.
