Comfy with character. Serenely quiet.
Bruce has a magical spot overlooking Tucson on one of the gradual cactus-rich slopes west of the city. You awake to birdsong and the pink colored sky out from the veranda, without humanity's noise apart from the gentle gurgle of a small fountain feeding a goldfish pond. Ample windows and screens all around, the air moves freely through the house if you like. Very comfotable beds and couches, with a sort of cowboy motif. Lots of separation from others since sits on 6.4 acres. Gravel road access might deter very low slung cars, but for 97 percent would not be a problem.
Quiet, classic desert home in a cactus forest on 7+ acres.
