Exactly as all reviews of this property describe
This was a very good value for our trip for Ski Week, and to see a couple of SF Giants games. I had read reviews of the property itself, and I have to say that every one of them is correct. This is a timeshare, so you are not renting a specific unit. On the property there are definitely locations that would be less than ideal. We were fortunate to get one that did not look onto the street, so we were very happy with the location of our unit. The pool was warm, and very large. Plenty of room for the families with children and also comfortable for the adults. There is an adults only pool also, but it was smaller and more shady so we stayed in the family pool. Our daughter enjoyed the exercise room. The staff at the front desk were very, very pleasant. There is another counter there where they are trying to sell you a timeshare, and they were quite pushy, even though I made it clear we had no interest whatsoever. Here are the cons: The living room furniture was ridiculously uncomfortable. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed, and while it was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever felt when it was pulled out as a bed, as a couch it was nearly impossible to sit on. It pitched you forward in a way that made sitting unbearable, so we actually figured out to leave it as a bed for our TV watching times. Awkward. The kitchen had the most useless utensils of anyplace I have ever stayed. When our daughters were little and had those Little Tykes kitchens I swear the utensils that came with that were of better quality and sturdier. This was really a problem. Yes, there is airplane noise. It didn't really bother us, but I could see how it would bother some people. The airport caters to small private jets, so many of the planes were pretty fun to watch. Pros: Good value, spacious rooms, convenient location. The owner was very nice to work with. The complex itself was clean and felt very safe. Just be careful as you are getting a timeshare unit, so no guarantee of your location. I believe we would consider staying there again, as it really was a very good value.
