Had what we needed in a great location, nothing special.
We loved the location right away. From the porch you could look west and see the Bay and look east and see the Atlantic. We loved the separate bedroom, which is why we stayed in a condo vs a hotel, since we have a 2 year old that needs to nap. Bathrooms were clean, which we appreciate. In my opinion, this space needs a little TLC. The beds were both a little saggy in the middle, as well as the couch in the living room. My biggest issue was with the wall AC units. The entire condo smelled like mildew (it was even on our clothes after we left). I can only conclude that the units were old (the one in the living room was falling apart) and need to be replaced. Now this would not be a huge deal, but we were relegated to staying inside most of the time because it was Labor Day 2016 and Hermine was unfortunately passing through that weekend. The rain and wind also caused a bit of water to blow in through a sizeable gap between the AC unit and the wall. When I contacted the owner to notify him of the problem, I received no response. I couldn't say whether or not this contributed to the smell or how long it had been like that, but I can say I would not want an opening to the outside in my own house during a tropical storm. Overall, it met our minimum expectations, nothing special or over the top. We will probably spend a little more money next time we come to Ocean City, since we love the town, but not the condo.
