Impeccable but the neighborhood is not right in the heart of things
The condo is exquisitely decorated and practically new. For us it was almost too nice. We were afraid of getting handprints on anything for fear we wouldn't get our cash security deposit back. Owners were nice. From our research we thought lower town was a hip area of town, but the specific quarter, St. Laurent is not one with lots of restaurants or shops. Just a few, but nearby St. Roch and others are much nicer and fun to walk around. The drive into the lower and upper cities, while only about 3 miles, was sometimes bogged down by traffic and there were obnoxious trucks sharing the downtown roads.
