Nice location in the city - bad location in building. Noisy all night long.
The Good: The location of the building is great - you're within walking distance of anything you would need in downtown Seattle, along with 5-7$ dollar Uber rides if you're not feeling like hoofing it. The apartment was CLEAN and well kept. Shower and bathroom were quite nice and also very clean. Third floor unit. The pool and hottub were great, but the sauna never heated up in time to use it. You also get a parking spot in a secure garage with no extra nightly charge (THIS IS AMAZING!). Property Management was great to deal with; awesome customer service. The Bad: The room backs up to the elevators, which make a terrible swooshing noise every time it runs. The lady above the unit has tile flooring, and her prime time to be active is 10pm-4am. Her small dog's active hours are 24 hours a day yelping. The room backs up to the multi-use room for the complex; the exit to the courtyard is through here. If anyone leaves (all the time) the door violently slams closed. You'll hear this all day and night. The bed is essentially sleeping on the sidewalk. It's a rock. We had to use every single blanket as padding, minus one to use for cover. If you have a bad back or you like softer beds, THIS BED IS NOT FOR YOU. Owners, please do yourself a favor and spend the 500$ from Costco on a queen memory foam mattress in a box. Shoot, with the amazing Amazon delivery services, I'm sure it could be brought right to the door. Overall an average stay, but if you're looking to relax and zone out after a long day of site seeing - this may not be the room for you. I would stay in this building, but only on the upper levels away from the elevators. I learned my lesson.
