Property was inviting, pretty, and felt like home away from home.
The listing description was accurate and described the property well. When you drive up, the property is pretty, well kept, and situated on a hill with nice views. There are two very sweet and shy boxers. A carport welcomes you with shade and a great way to get your luggage without worrying about the weather. Entry into the house from the carport might be a little difficult for seniors or disabled, however, the close entry in the front of the house or from the patio have easy steps and rails. Once you are in the house, it is all one story and very clean and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements for our family of 5 with two seniors (83 and 70) and my disabled brother were perfect. Beds are very comfortable. There are cable TV and WIFI. The kitchen was well appointed and we used it to prepare dinner. We had everything we needed. The master bedroom is wonderful with a TV and in suite bathroom. A second nice size bedroom held a queen bed that was also comfortable. The third bedroom was smaller with a single bed on the floor also very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms shared a nice bathroom in the hall. Living room, dining room and kitchen were more open plan and comfortable for all of us. A TV and two comfortable couches made the living room a perfect fit. The dining table had 4 chairs, so a couple of us ate at the coffee table in the living room. An Ingles grocery was nearby and we easily got what we needed to complete our dinner. There are fast food locations nearby (McDonalds, Subway, Arby's, etc.). We were only there for one night. The Biltmore is only about 15 minutes away and it was an easy trip. We were very pleased with the arrangements. The owner was extremely welcoming and ensured all went well with our visit by checking in with us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to anyone and would stay there again.
