While vacationing in northern Arizona, my wife, 10 month old baby and I had a three-night stay at the Whistler Bed & Breakfast in Flagstaff, AZ. We chose Flagstaff as a staging point to experience, in day trips, all of the wonderful attractions in the nearby area, including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Meteor Crater and the historic mining town of Jerome. We chose the Whistler B&B due to the wonderfully modern yet rustic home in a wonderful location directly on the edge of a scenic National Forest. In short, the experience was simply amazing and beyond our expectations. Ralph and Bernadette where outstanding hosts who did everything to suit our needs and wants, from housing pre-shipped packages necessary for our baby, to feeding us the most outstanding breakfast each morning, to providing us with extremely helpful information regarding all of the wonderful locations and attractions in the surrounding area. Their home was immaculately clean, warm and bright, and inviting. We stayed in the upstairs living area, which provided an extremely nice and personal feel to the living space, complete with fireplace, comfortable couches and television with full amenities if desired. The effort and expense they put into every detail was particularly striking. Every item was environmentally friendly, organic and healthy. Fresh-ground aromatic coffee greeted us each morning; snacks, tea, and bottled water were waiting for us day and night. The shower area was fully stocked, including a very nice bar of oatmeal soap. We can't wait to return to Flagstaff and the Whistler B&B.
