The best location in Greenville and a unique place to stay
We loved the location and the uniqueness of this property. The exposed brick walls with a huge traffic light made this storefront unit really different. The bathroom was like-new, too. The location could not have been better. We walked nearly everywhere downtown including the park. We had no issues being in a storefront on the street. We felt very safe and not much street noise. No need for a car if you are staying here and plan to do everything downtown. We had one minor issue with the heat, but Stella responded immediately. And she was very sensitive to our privacy. She could not have been nicer. There are a few things I think could be improved. The TV did not have cable or satellite and the antenna didn't work well. If you're not a TV watcher, this shouldn't be a problem. I think the addition of a toaster oven would really help in the kitchen. (There are a few things you can't cook in the microwave.) I would also have liked a book explaining some things about the unit, like the remote control lighting and the WiFi passcode. Those negatives were very very minor. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
