Decent for our needs (10 ppl)
From the start the communication was great with the owner called as soon as we expressed interest and explained that although the apartment has 5 beds, enough to sleep 10 ppl it was small for a group of 10 if you wanted to spend a lot of time there during the day and wanted to make sure we would be comfortable. She was very accommodating and would answer every email or phone call promptly which we really appreciated. Some things that weren't so great was the parking Monday - Friday 8am-4pm street parking is a 2hr limit without a permit. There are no parking lots in the area to park the car so we had to park it in Hoboken and take a cab to the apartment or walk 30minutes... That was very inconvenient and we were not informed of this. Also upon arrival the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes (that was pretty gross) also no toilet paper in the bathroom however it was stocked with everything else like shampoo, conditioner and soap. And lastly the listing is a little misleading since it list the apartment as having 3 bedrooms. However there is really only 1 true bedroom with 2 beds. Another bed is in what seems to be the closet of the bedroom and 2 more beds were in what's supposed to be the living room this did not bother us since we were just happy everyone had a bed to sleep in but I was expecting 3 actual bedrooms . So In conclusion the place was clean (besides the dirty dishes) well decorated and decent enough for a long weekend stay especially since it's so close to the city and was a last minute booking, but due to the parking situation I don't think I would stay here again if it's during the week. I think it would be good if a parking permit was provided along with the rental.
