Very Nice Condo in a Very Nice Location
When we booked this condo on VRBO we didn't know it was a time-share condo. I was a little leery when we got there and checked in (haven't had good interactions with "time share" people. They weren't pushy at all. They had free breakfast and activities where you could talk to someone about "buying in" but we didn't go to any of them. The condo was very clean and looked new. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice. The furniture in the living room (couch and chairs) were so firm it was almost more comfortable to sit on the floor. That would be our only complaint. It had the bare minimum for cooking, dishes and utensils, just the basics nothing extra. Like I said, it looked brand new so it didn't have the lived in look. They had a shed at the front with equipment in it that you could use and bring back when you were done. There wasn't a whole lot in there but we did get a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 1 boogie board. (they don't have snorkeling gear). There was a big deck with a large table and some lounge chairs, outside lights and a fan. The pools were great and the hot tub was actually hot. They had gas grills by the pools that worked very well. We spent one evening grilling and hanging out at the pool (so nice). Each bedroom had a TV and the master had its own bathroom. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. It was very quiet at night, no loud parties or obnoxious people. We would rent here again.
