Accommodations were nice, except for the bugs
The place was indeed a farmhouse so it was quite "rustic". Plus, it was a 3 bedroom house which is not easy to find that is affordable. While the amenities were good, the place did have a problem with some sort of "beetle" that came in at night and needed to sweep away in the morning. At night, they were everywhere even on the second floor where we slept. Oddly enough we were warned in a welcome letter when we arrived that you might have mice if you leave out food. That was never a problem but these insects were. The only other issue was the bed in the largest room: it was like sleeping on a plank, very uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. Not likely to return here though.
