Good price & Nice Weekend.
I stayed with a group of six a few weekends ago ( 2 couples, 2 friends) and we had a nice stay. The apartment is small but comfortable & the close proximity to the beach was great. I've listed our pros and cons below! Pros- *Easy, Free Parking- we parked & walked everywhere most of the weekend. *Close location to the Beach *Cute beach town shopping & dining nearby *Nice garden, grill & outdoor dining area *Plenty of sheets, dishes & coffee pot *Very responsive owner-- all of my questions were answered quickly through text and email. *We didn't have any major issues with cleanliness- bathroom is dated but wasn't anything that a group of 20-something's used to apartment living couldn't handle. *Most importantly for our group, a good price! Cons- *The apartment is small, which is no surprise, based on the pictures. But larger groups may want more space. Bathroom door does shut if you pull really hard, but it is difficult. *Apartment didn't have a few items that we anticipated like a sharp knife, lighter and bottle opener. It might be a good idea to email the owner to make sure the item you need is provided. *The apartment is pets considered and it seemed that pets had recently stayed there. It was a little stuffy when we arrived. We used febreze and it wasn't a big problem. But if you're allergic or really sensitive, it's something to be aware of. Overall, we had a nice weekend and would return, especially because of the price, location and responsiveness of the owner.
