Very nice villa with super responsive owner
1. Location is great. 5-10 min walk to the beach, the Village Market and The Sanctuary. Adjacent to one of Kiawah's many lagoons. Small alligtor spotted a few times. 2. Kitchen: Granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space with dishes, utensils, etc. Table for 6, but we ate out or grabbed sandwiches to eat on the beach. 3. Living Room: Nice comfy sofa with 3 big chairs/ottomans. Nice BIG coffee table. Big flat screen with plenty of cable channels. HBO, also. 4. Screened porch: Fine, has a fan, but you know Kiawah, pretty hot/humid in the summer. 5. Master BR: Queen bed was fine. Great bathroom with new cabinets, dual sinks, and great fully tiled shower. Good water pressure. You'll need to bring your own soap, etc. Has a small flat screen. 6. 2 other BR: Nice, as well. Both had nice, new tiled showers. Both had 2 twin beds, so great for families. 7. Owner: wifi didn't work when we arrived. Texted owner and she called Comcast ASAP and it was up and running later that day. 8. Overall: This is very nicely appointed villa and you won't be disappointed. Washer/Dryer have a bit of age on them and they're pretty loud, so just start a load when you head out. But, this was all you'll need for an enjoyable stay in Kiawah.
