Good location but with Several small flaws
The Good: Very Good location in the Coachella valley. Close to lots of things. Also, Very spacious and open with two living spaces for larger groups. The bedrooms were good sized, and the upstairs master bath is quite large. Owners are managers, not residents of the house, and were very responsive to messages. The Bad: Couches in the main space are shedding their thin leather surface, so we were covered with white flecks from head to toe when we got up from sitting. There were also NO wine glasses and no corkscrew, which is strange for a California house. The plumbing in the upstairs bathrooms is a bit off, with very slow drainage in all the sinks. Also, the renters before us broke a lamp and the owner said he would be by to fix it but never appeared. Although not as pricy as some nearby rentals, it still would have been nice to have decent couches to sit on by the only downstairs TV. Summary: All in all, we are a bit particular when paying $500 per night and the several minor issues detracted from our stay. Regardless, we would surely return if these issues are resolved.
