Historic home in Paso Robles
As a history buff it was a thrill to stay in such a beautifully restored historic home. The location of the property, if you prefer staying in town to staying in the wine country, is good as you can walk to good restaurants and some shops. Unfortunately, one of the reasons we went to Paso at this time of year was to enjoy the weather, and the only place to do that at this property was on a tiny backporch that overlooked a gravel and concrete neighbor. Plant some privet bushes! Improve the garden! Anything would have made it more enjoyable. Also, the Apple TV didn't work, there wasn't a TV in the master, and the bedroom doors squeaked so when you went to the bathroom in the middle of the night (only one bedroom has an adjacent bath) it was noisy. Everything else was impeccable - spotless, spotless soft white towels, terrifically hot water. Hope you can improve at least the backyard ambiance and you will have a perfect property.
