A friend and I stayed several nights in Aug of 15. The lush forest opens to a secluded beach where the Hoko river runs into the Pacific. Setting our tent up above high tide we slept only a few yards from the waves. Building a fire in the early morning watching the fisherman come out, it was all serenely peaceful . The entire estate is very well cared for. The tent kitchen, bathroom and shower were well maintained. Dale the owner was very hospitable and accommodating. Greatful to have had the chance to take in such a unique place.
