Bad experience and felt not safe.
I arrived at the unit after 17 hours international flight and followed the entry instructions but couldn't get in the unit. There was no keys in the lockbox. Called the owner and thanks to the neighbors, they too called the owner but got voice mail. Called the property manager and got also a voice mail, I left a message and finally got hold of the manager. He instructed me to go through the garage door to enter the unit. I managed to get in after more than half hour from my arrival. When I entered the unit through the garage door in the dark, I found all doors were open and told the manager who stayed on phone during my entry and asked me if things are in place and no break-in. I felt not secured to move in, first the front key was missing, and 2nd being stranded in cold before I got in. Also the unit didn't meet what was described. I am lucky to find alternative place in a short notice. I filled a complained to the owner and to HomeAway, but no response yet.
