This little house was perfect for our group. Our family booked this house last minute for one night following an Appalachian football game. After a 20 minute ride, up some winding roads in the dark (glad I wasn't driving) we arrived at this cozy house. There were 5 adults, a 16 year old, and a 1 year old. I brought our dinner with us and found everything I needed for serving. It was a little crowded, the table only seats 4, but it was casual and family so it didn't matter that some had to sit at the coffee table. The downstairs bath is spacious and the bedroom has a chair and a king sized bed. Upstairs has a standard sized bathroom, but the bedroom space is generous. There was enough room to separate the trundle from the single bed and still have room for a pack and play. Although the queen sized bed is also in the open space it was separated by the center stairway with the bathroom at the head of the stairs. Works well for a family with children. The best part though, is Dusty herself! She provided a pack and play and high chair. She checked on us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were made, the kitchen well equipped, and the space pristine. Such a cute home. I don't know if you should expect it, but she left coffee for the kuerig, tea, sugar, and sweetener on the counter for us. She left fresh eggs (from the farm down the street), bagels, and half and half for breakfast. When we woke up, there was morning frost on the lawn of a pastoral view and cows nearby. We will return next year when we go to see our nephew play football at Appalachian! Thanks Dusty, for a most enjoyable stay! Wish we could have stayed longer.
