I stayed there over a holiday weekend with my husband. The place has an incredible location for access to the beach and boardwalk. It also has a nice semiprivate area outside where you can store beach towels, umbrellas, etc. I would prefer a few things to be improved prior to staying again. There was an air conditioner, but it was the type that runs constantly, it's quite noisy, and it made the room smell musty (a dehumidifier would have been nice). The welcome packet could be more comprehensive and include check in/out times and check out process. I still am not sure if we checked out correctly because the owner hasn't responded to my message asking if we did it right. The stove was making a clicking noise one night when we returned from dinner and we couldn't get it to stop. We emailed the owner and never heard back. A more comfortable sitting/eating area and broom or vacuum to sweep would be nice additions, too. Overall, a decent place if you're looking for a small, inexpensive stay. I don't think we'll be staying again, though.
